Deposit limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in KES. Once the limit is reached, further deposits are blocked until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it applies.
Session time limits
Set a maximum session duration — 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or a custom value. When the timer expires, you receive a notification. Continuing requires a deliberate action to extend, not an automatic reset.
Loss limits
Cap the total amount you can lose per day, week or month. Once the loss ceiling is hit, betting and casino play are suspended for the remainder of the period. Cannot be increased within the same period once set.
Cooling-off period
Take a break for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Account access for betting and casino is suspended. Balance remains intact. You can log in to check your account but cannot place bets or make deposits.
Self-exclusion
Request a temporary exclusion (1–6 months) or permanent closure via live chat. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During exclusion, marketing communications are also stopped. Contact support to initiate.
Reality check
Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net result. Notifications appear every 30 minutes, 1 hour or 2 hours — your choice. A useful prompt for long casino sessions on Aviator or slots.
